Q. SureSize ™ sounds too good to be true, is it?
A. Not at all, measuring for tuiss blinds and curtains is so simple and straightforward that there are very few mis-measures. SureSize ™ gives you that added peace of mind in case you do make a mistake. Just make sure to read our measuring guides before you order and don't hesitate to contact us should you need any help.
A. Absolutely everything!
A. Nothing, zilch, zero assuming the new sizes don't cost any more than the old. If the correct sizes are more expensive to make then you simply pay the extra. If the new product is cheaper we won’t refund the difference but you will of course get a blind or curtain that fits!
Q. Is SureSize ™ unlimited?
A. Unfortunately no, we will only replace up to four products per household. Also we will only remake the item once, put simply you can't SureSize ™ a SureSize ™!
Q. Since I am getting the order remade can I change the product?
A. Sorry no, the remake needs to be the same product and colour.
Q. Why is it important that I keep the original packaging?
A. We will need to collect the incorrect products from you and we need to get them back in good condition. In some cases we may even be able correct the mis-measurement by trimming, we may do this with wooden or venetian blinds.
Q. Do I still have to be careful when measuring?
A. Yes please! Although you are covered with SureSize ™ getting the measurements wrong will mean that it will simply take longer for you to complete your redecoration. Also some inconvenience is inevitable, you will need to be in when we collect the old items for instance.
