Our delivery teams are hard at work to ensure your home looks lovely this Christmas. If your beautiful new blind or curtain had a robin perched on the side when you ordered, we’re doing everything we can to get it to you in time for the big day.
Once all of our orders are safely on the road, we’ll be taking a well-earned rest over the festive period. There’s no need to worry though, our web team will be on hand to make sure all your orders are processed as normal and deliveries will resume again on 5th January so you can treat yourself to a new home for the new year.
Our obsession with exceptional service extends all the way to your front door. Our aim is to get your blinds to you as fast as we possibly can and we work hard with our delivery partners to make sure that always happens.
For all orders over £149 delivery is completely free of charge throughout mainland UK, while for orders of lesser value you get reliable, fully insured delivery for just £6.95.
As well as making sure your order is with you in the fastest possible time, we also aim to keep you fully informed every step of the way. Not only do we email you with an order confirmation, you’ll also receive an email when the order’s ready to dispatch, complete with a tracking number that allows you to stay completely up to date with the status of your delivery 24 hours a day.
We realise that not everybody is available to collect their parcels at all times. Not to worry, if you’re out you’ll get a card with details of your local depot. You can then simply arrange for a redelivery, completely free of charge, or even pick up the order yourself at your convenience. We’re also happy to deliver to a neighbour or to your work, whatever suits you best!
We always try to post accurate lead times on our site and if possible to get your blinds to you faster than promised. On the rare occasion that the delivery time is likely to exceed the expected date, a member of our team will give you a quick call to let you know.
Live outside the UK mainland? You can still benefit from the affordable luxury here at Tuiss. For just an additional £9.95 we’re happy to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. We will, of course, contact you before we process your order to confirm the additional charges.
If you live in the Channel Islands all delivery charges are based on the weight of the order so feel free to contact us with details of your order for a VAT free quotation.
