All orders over £99 are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, for orders below this value the delivery charge is just £6.95 fully insured.
If we try to deliver your order while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local delivery depot. You can then contact the depot to arrange a free re-delivery on a more convenient day or call and collect the products yourself.

We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour should you so wish.
Our work doesn't end once we have received your order, in some ways it has only just begun. A vital part of our business is ensuring that your blinds are delivered quickly and efficiently; we don't partner with the cheapest delivery companies, we partner with the best.

Our delivery times generally range from 5 to 14 working days dependent on the product, we will of course contact you if for any reason your delivery is likely to be outside of the quoted times.

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will email you a notification and also a tracking number, you may then track your parcel online at your convenience.
We are conservative on quoted delivery times and work hard to deliver much quicker than stated.


We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man for just an additional £9.95. We will contact you to confirm any additional delivery charges before we process your order so feel free to place your order online.
We welcome enquires for delivery to the Channel Islands and delivery charges are based on the weight of the order. Please call with details of your order for a VAT free quotation.
