To obtain the guarantee your claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details regarding the nature of the problem.

The conditions

This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure was caused by:

  • Accident
  • Alteration
  • Exposure to elements
  • Misuse
  • Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
  • Fitted in a non domestic environment
  • Normal wear and tear

Product Exclusions

  • Wooden products – natural variations in grain, colour and texture. Warpage through exposure to high humidity
  • Fabrics and dyes – normal fading

In no event shall tuiss be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
